唐山某大学大一新生时间管理倾向分析

Analysis on Freshmen's Time Management Disposition of One University in Tangshan

目的分析大一新生的时间管理倾向。方法采用《青少年时间管理倾向量表(ATMD)对河北唐山某高校大一189名新生进行了问卷调查。结果大一新生时间管理处于中等偏上的水平;他们的时间管理倾向在性别和生源地上无明显差异,而独生与否在在时间监控观和时间效能感上存在明显差异(t=-2.684,-2.145,P<0.05),非独生子女在这两方面的得分明显高于独生子女。结论大一新生的时间管理倾向总体较好,受独生与否影响。

Objective To analyze the freshmen＇s time management disposition of one university in Tangshan city.Methods A total of 189 freshmen of a university in Tangshan were investigated with using the Adolescence Time Management Disposition Inventory.Results Freshmen＇s time management disposition was higher than the average;there were no significant gender and national differences in time management disposition,there were significant differences in the sense of time control and time efficiency between only-child or not（t=-2.684,-2.145,P〈0.05）,the scores of only child were higher than the non-only child.Conclusion Time management disposition of freshmen is good,it＇s affected by one-child or not.
