摘要 微悬臂梁传感器以其实时、高灵敏度、非标记等优点,成为一种新型环境检测手段。介绍了微悬臂梁传感器的工作原理,包括其工作模式、读出技术,总结了其在环境检测等方面的研究动态,并对其在环境检测领域的发展进行了展望。 As the advantages of real time,high sensitivity,label-free detection,microcantilever sensor becomes a kind of new-style environmental detection method.The principle of microcantilever sensor,especially its working mode and read out technology are introduced and the latest development of this sensor technology in the environmental detection is summarized.The development prospect in this field is discussed.
