摘要
结合智能传感器技术和智能传感系统的发展方向,针对目前大型环保设备状态监测与传感系统中存在的各种问题,利用IEEE1451标准,研究智能传感系统技术在大型环保设备状态监测中的应用,完成了系统智能前端,包括混合传感器接口、智能传感器模块、网络接口模块及TEDS方案的设计与实现,研制了一种适合于大型环保设备状态监测的网络化智能传感系统,该系统可实现复合传感、标准化接口、即插即用、信息融合、智能分类等功能,为构建一个开放性、标准化的复合智能传感系统,提高大型环保设备状态监测与故障诊断性能将具有重要现实意义。
According to the development tendency of intelligent sensor technology and system,aiming at the current problems existing in large scale environmental protection devices and equipments,the application of intelligent sensor system in environmental protection devices condition monitoring is proposed based on IEEE 1451.4 standard.In order to realize multiple sensor,plug and play,information merging,smart classification in the application,the data acquisition system,sensor module,network interface module and TEDS are designed.STIM and NCAP architectures are completed.With this structure and TEDS template,a high efficient environmental protection equipment monitoring diagnosis system and the network can be conveniently built.
