摘要 介绍了一种低频极微弱电流信号放大电路的工作原理、电路设计、元器件选择及制造工艺。该放大电路是光电离传感器的重要组成部分,它也可以应用在其它微弱电流信号的检测系统中。实验表明:该电路有效抑制了噪声,具有良好的灵敏度和线性度。 The working principle,circuit design,component selection and manufacturing technique of a low-frequency extremely weak current signal amplifying circuit is introduced.This amplifying circuit is an important part of photo ionization sensor,and it can be also applied in other detecting systems.The experiments indicate that the circuit restrain noise effectively.It has good sensitivity and linearity.
