摘要
研究了基于金属钴作为敏感材料制成的磷酸根离子选择电极,设计了一种与之配套使用的数据采集系统,用于动态记录和显示被测溶液的电势响应。通过实验建立了以磷酸根离子选择电极的响应电势和溶液pH值为自变量,离子浓度为因变量的数学模型。实验结果表明:建立的模型能很好地拟合响应过程曲线,补偿pH值变化对电极测量的影响,为磷酸根离子选择电极的开发和应用提供了依据。
A phosphate ion-selective electrode is studied and a data acquisition system is developed.The data acquisition system can dynamically record and display the potential response curve of the measured solutions.The electrode is made with metallic cobalt(as a kind of sensitive material).According to the experiments,a math model with response potential and pH value of the solution as independent variables and ion concentration as dependent variable is established so as to compensate the measurement values of the electrode.The experimental results show that the established model can fit response process curves very well,and the measurement values of the electrode influenced by the pH value can be compensated by the model.It offers a reference for the development and application of the phosphate ion selective electrode.
