推进水电大建设 服务经济大发展——遂昌县“十一五”农村电气化建设成就

Promote the Construction of Hydropower and Serve to the Economic Development——The Achievements in Rural Electrification in the Eleventh Five-Year Period of Suichang County

十一五期间,遂昌县以水电农村电气化建设为契机,大力发展农村水电,取得了辉煌成绩,五年共新增农村水电装机容量11.548万千瓦,占全部已投产农村水电总装机容量23.42万千瓦的50%,新增年发电量2.9亿千瓦时,占总发电量5亿千瓦时的60%,建成的众多电站水库,也较好的调节了径流的时空分配,提高了全县的防洪抗旱能力。同时不断完善电网结构,供电可靠性和供电能力得到很大的提升,当地群众的生活水平有了较大的改善,也保护了生态环境,经济、社会、生态效益十分显著。

In the Eleventh Five-Year period,Suichang County takes the rural electrification of hydropower as an opportunity to actively develop rural hydropower and has made brilliant achievements;within the five years,the installed capacity of rural hydropower increases by 115,480 kilowatts,accounting for 50% of the 234,200 kilowatts total installed capacity of hydropower in rural areas that has been put into operation;the annual generating capacity increases by 290 million kwh,accounting for 60% of the 500 million kwh total generating capacity;the established many power plant reservoirs also better regulate the spatial and temporal distribution of runoff and improve the county's ability of flood control and drought resistance.Meanwhile,the continuing improvement of the power network structure has greatly enhanced the reliability and the capacity of power supply;the local people's living standard has improved;the environment has been protected;the economic,social and ecological benefit is significant.
