基于蛋白质组学技术的脾虚证本质研究探析

Discussion on Proteomics Applied to Research Essence of Spleen Deficiency

脏象学说是中医理论的核心,证候实质是脏象理论的关键,证候科学内涵的阐释是指导临床辨证论治的重要依据。脾虚证是中医临床上最为常见的证候之一。蛋白质组学可以从整体水平上反映特定状态下蛋白质表达的动态演变过程。本课题小组通过对以往脾虚证本质的实验研究,认为运用蛋白质组学技术,对脾虚证候动物模型蛋白质组表达差异和功能机型进行研究,可为解释脾虚证的现代科学意义提供有力的实验依据。

Syndrome theory is the core of traditional Chinese medicine theory,the interpretation of scientific content of syndrome is also the key issues in medical research.Spleen deficiency is one of the most common syndromes.Proteomics can reflect the overall level of protein expression under specific condition.In this paper,by analyzing previous experimental studies,we proposed our own viewpoints as follows,studying different expression and function of proteins in the model of spleen deficiency syndrome by means of proteomics methods,can provide strong experimental evidence for elucidation of the modern scientific significance to spleen deficiency syndrome.
