In the information age,although the basic functionality of editor did not change,but the editorial mode and means will change,medical journal work patterns faced the problem that how to improve efficiency and quality of editor-ship.We research how to make use of computer technology to improve efficiency and quality,improve medical journals information-based edit mode by system theory and management science,and raise new medical journals information-based edit mode,thus built core competitiveness of medical journals.
