摘要
目的:观察温针灸对膝骨性关节炎大鼠模型关节液和血清中一氧化氮和前列腺素E2的影响。方法:将清洁级SD大鼠24只随机分为正常组(8只)、模型组(8只)和温针组(8只)。模型组和温针组均采用关节腔注射含4%木瓜蛋白酶生理盐水造模。造模后,正常组和模型组均正常饲养,不给予任何治疗;温针组取穴内、外膝眼,温针灸治疗,每日1次,每2周为1个疗程,中间休息2天。治疗3个疗程后,收集血清和关节液,采用硝酸还原酶法测定NO含量,ELISA法测定PGE2含量。结果:治疗后,温针组关节液和血清中NO和PGE2含量均较模型组低,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸治疗能降低膝骨性关节炎大鼠关节液和血清中NO和PGE2含量,从而发挥对膝骨性关节炎的防治作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of warm needling on Nitric Oxide(NO) and PGE2 contents in SD rats with early stage of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods: Twenty four SD rats were randly divided into 3 groups,the blank group,the model group and the warm needling group.KOA model was established by injecting Sodium Chloride containing 4% caroid.Warm needling was applied to "Xiyan"(EX 5),once daily and continuously for 6 weeks.After treatment,the Serum and Synovia was collected for detecting the contents of NO and PGE2 with nitrate reductase method and ELISA.Results: The contents of NO and PGE2 decreased in Serum and Synovia of rats with early stage of KOA in the warm needling group as compared with that in the model group(P0.05).Conclusion: Warm needling can effectively suppress the release of NO and PGE2 in serum and synovia of rats with early stage of KOA,which may contribute to the effect of warm needling in the treatment of osteoarthritis.
