跑步运动对去睾大鼠胫骨骨量和骨结构的影响

摘要 目的:探讨不同强度的跑步运动对去睾大鼠胫骨骨量和骨显微结构的影响和机制。方法:12周龄SD雄性大鼠40只,随机分为5组,即假手术组(SHAM)、去睾模型组(ORX)、去睾后低强度运动组(ORX+EX1)、去睾后中强度运动组(ORX+EX2)、去睾后高强度运动组(ORX+EX3)。12周后,处死取胫骨上端,做不脱钙骨切片,并测定骨形态计量学各骨量、骨结构、骨代谢参数。各组参数作方差分析,显著性检验。结果:(1)ORX组各参数与SHAM组比较显示:骨量降低(P<0.05),骨显微结构破坏(P<0.05),成骨减弱(P<0.05),破骨活跃(P<0.05)。(2)ORX+EX1和ORX+EX2组各参数与ORX组比较显示:骨量增加(P<0.05),骨显微结构改善(P<0.05),成骨活跃(P<0.05),破骨减弱(P<0.05)。(3)ORX+EX3组各参数与ORX组比较显示:骨量和骨显微结构均无明显改善(P>0.05),但成骨和破骨均活跃,骨转换加快(P<0.05)。结论:(1)雄性大鼠去睾后能引起骨量丢失及骨显微结构破坏。(2)低中强度的跑步运动对去睾大鼠不仅能增加骨量还能改善骨显微结构。(3)高强度跑步运动对去睾大鼠骨量丢失和骨显微结构破坏的改善有负面影响。 Objective:This paper discussed the effect and mechanism of different intensity tread mill exercise on tibia of the orchidectomized Rats.Methods:Forty male Sprague Dawly rats aged at 12 weeks were divided into following groups: SHAM,ORX,three groups of individual exercise of different intensity:ORX+ EX1,ORX+ EX2 and ORX+ EX3.After running for 12 weeks,we kill them and choose proximal tibia metaphysis(PTM) to make bone slices without decalcification,meanwhile,to determinate diverse bone mass indexs and bone architecture indexs and bone metabolism of bone morphological metrology and make ANOVA.Results:(1) The indexs of ORX to compare SHAM shows:bone mass downs(P0.05),bone architecture to destroy(P0.05),ossification to weaken(P0.05),osteoclast to increase(P0.05).(2) The indexs of ORX+EX1 and ORX+EX2 to compare ORX shows: bone mass to increase(P0.05),bone architecture to improve(P0.05),ossification to increase(P0.05),osteoclast to weaken(P0.05).(3) The indexs of ORX+ EX2 to compare ORX+EX1 shows: bone mass to increase(P0.05),bone architecture to improve(P0.05),ossification to increase(P0.05).Conclusion:(1) The orchidectomized Rats will lose bone mass and bone,s architecture.(2) Pertinence running exercise will increase bone mass and bone,s architecture.(3) Running excess exercise will not maintain bone mass and bone,s architecture.
