宣导泻肺饮治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效研究

Clinical Study of Xuandaoxiefeiyin on Congestive Heart Failure

目的:观察宣导泻肺饮对充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将心功能Ⅲ～Ⅳ级的充血性心力衰竭患者,辨证属三焦壅塞、痰瘀水停证共88例随机分为治疗组(41例)和对照组(47例),对照组采用西药常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用宣导泻肺饮,两组疗程均为8周。观察两组的治疗效果,检测两组治疗前后左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室短轴缩短率(FS)、6min步行试验(6MWT)及血浆脑钠肽(BNP)浓度。结果:治疗后,两组LVEF、FS、6MWT均比治疗前明显增高(P<0.01),治疗组的增加值大于对照组(P<0.05)。两组BNP较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01),治疗组BNP下降值大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:宣导泻肺饮治疗充血性心力衰竭具有较好的疗效,与西药合用可增强西药疗效。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of xuandaoxiefeiyin（XDXFY） on congestive heart failure（CHF）.Methods：88 patients with CHF（NYHA Ⅲ or Ⅳ） of syndrome of Sanjiao obstruction,phlegm and blood stasis and fluid-retention were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group（41 cases）and control group（47 cases）.Patients in control group would be treated by western medicine;patients in treatment group would be treated by western medicine and XDXFY.The treatment course was 8 weeks.Measured both groups patients＇left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）,left ventricular fractional shortening（FS）,6 minute walk test（6MWT） and plasma brain natriuretic peptides（BNP） before and after treatment.Results：After treatment,Compared with pretreatment,LVEF,FS and 6MWT all increased significantly in both groups（P0.01）,and the increase in the treatment group was higher than the control group（P 0.05）.The BNP decreased distinctly in both groups comparing with pretreatment（P0.01）,and the decrease in the treatment group was higher than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：XDXFY was effective on CHF,and XDXFY could improve the effect of western medicine on CHF.
