刘桥二矿井筒注浆技术参数的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 在分析刘桥二矿水文地质条件的基础上,指出在滑动构造地区小断层和裂隙发育的条件下,实际井筒涌水量大于计算涌水量的主要原因是放炮震动、水流冲刷、岩体移动等造成的岩体裂隙开度加大所致;针对滑动构造地区的构造地质特点,确定了注浆段高、注浆压力、浆液浓度、注浆孔最佳数量、孔内处理、结束标准及复注等参数,并在刘桥二矿取得了良好的应用效果。 H15Based on the analysis of hydrogeological condition of Liuqiao No.2 Mine,it was indicated that the main cause of actual water inflow bigger than calculated one was expansion of openings of rock cracks resulted by shock from blasting,water washing and rock displacemnet under conditions of developed minor faults and fissures in slipping structural area.In the light of the structural geology characteristics in slipping structural area,many parameters were determined such as the height of grouting section,grouting pressure,density of grout,optimum number of grouting holes,processing inside holes,criterion for ending grouting and regrouting,which were used in Liuqiao No.2 Mine with good results.
