摘要
在竞争电力市场中,针对电网公司经营过程中的各种风险,建立了风险评价指标体系。设计了电网公司经营风险综合评价模型,该模型将层次分析法、序关系、聚类分析和交互式确定权重方法相结合,来对风险指标进行赋权,对电网公司经营风险进行综合评价并得出量化结果,为决策者从总体上控制经营风险提供参考依据。该方法一方面无需进行一致性判断,减少了计算量;另一方面最大限度上避免了人为因素和主观因素对权重的影响。最后通过算例证明了该模型的可行性、客观性。
In the competitive electricity market,aiming at various risks in the process of administrating the power grid company,a risk evaluation index system is established.A grid company business risk evaluation model is designed,which combines analytic hierarchy(AHP),the order relation,and the clustering analysis with interactive method to determine the weight of risk indicators.Quantifying the comprehensive evaluation of risk for administrating the power company,policy-makers can get a frame of reference for effectively controlling the risks on the whole.On one hand,this method needn't judge consistency,and reduces the computation amount.On the other hand,it avoids subjective factors influence on weights to a large extent.Finally,an example proves that the model is feasible and objective.
