摘要 针对目前国内外在电网报警信息处理中忽视各个报警信息内在逻辑关系的问题,在研究历史报警记录基础上,抽取报警记录,利用粗糙集理论形成电网报警决策表,并对决策表进行属性约减和值约减,自动提取电网智能报警规则。利用提取的规则和电网拓扑结果对上传的报警信息进行逻辑推理,将综合报警信息及时准确地提供给调度运行人员,实现了报警信息处理的初步智能化。经现场检验,提取的报警规则具有正确的逻辑意义,可对电网进行准确有效的报警。 In view of ignoring internal logic relations among alarm information in processing grid alarm information at present,alarm instances are used to form the decision table of network alarm based on studying alarm instance and rough set theory.Attribution reduction and value reduction are carried out for the decisioning table to extract the intelligent alarm rules for the networks automatically.The intelligent alarm rules are applied to reasoning with the result of network topology and the alarm informations reported,and then the integrated alarm information is provided to the dispatching personnel timely and accurately to achieve preliminary intelligent information in processing the alarm information.After field testing,the alarm rules extracted have correct logic for network alarm,and the alarm are accurate and effective.
