摘要 针对长期困扰电力系统企业的实时电网应急保障能力评估问题进行了深入研究,从电力企业抢险实际出发,综合考虑电力应急保障所需的人员、物资、材料等多方面因素,建立三级指标体系,创建了电网应急保障能力指数(UGI),同时采用自适应权重法,以实战演练分数为目标函数,运用多目标粒子群算法对指数权重分配进行求解,最后通过对公司实战演练数据的计算和对比分析,证明了该指数的可行性和有效性。 This paper researches in depth on how to estimate the immediate support ability of power maintenance company when power grid is in a state of emergency.This has been a perplexed issue for a long term.From the practical perspective,taking the staff,supplies,facilities required and some other factors into consideration,a three-level index system is introduced and the power grid Urgent Guarantee Index(UGI) is established.In the UGI system,Multi-objectives Particle Swarm Optimization(IMOPSO) algorithm is employed to get the optimal solution for the weighting distribution,using the practical maneuver score as objective function.The final weight value of all factors is acquired by the Self-adaptive Weight method.The index(UGI) is the sum of respective scores multiplied by corresponding weight value.Through comparing the index(UGI) with the data obtained in practical maneuver,the UGI system is proven to be practicable and effective.
