On-line pre-decision system of China southern power grid

基于在线稳定决策技术开发了南方电网在线预决策系统,该系统集电网在线稳定计算分析、稳定判别、故障预警和控制决策于一体,具备各种电力系统静态、暂态、动态稳定分析和在线刷新稳控装置中控制策略表功能。系统硬件由数据库服务器、计算服务器、Web服务器、监视和维护终端、磁盘阵列、防火墙、物理隔离装置、通信机、安全稳定控制装置组成。全部分析程序软件使用C++语言编写,支持Windows和各种Unix平台。系统采用分布式计算、多线程和提前终止计算等技术,满足在线计算速度要求,核心计算程序通过BPA暂态稳定计算程序对比测试,满足在线计算精度要求。

Based on online stability control decision-making technology,the on-line pre-decision system of China southern grid is developed,which is a combination of power system stability analysis,stability judging,fault pre-warning and control calculation.The system achieves the functions such as steady stability,transient stability,dynamic stability analysis and refreshing the control strategy in stability control devices.The hardware of the system is composed of database server,computation servers,Web server,monitoring and maintaining terminals,disc array,communication device,firewall,physical isolation device,communication machine,and stability control device.All analysis program is developed in C＋＋ language,and it can support Windows and multiple types of Unix.Multi-thread algorithm,distributed computation and early termination technology are adopted to ensure the online computation speed,and the computation precision is demonstrated by comparing with the BPA transient stability computation programme.
