摘要
将层次分析法与模糊综合评判相结合,以重庆市未来10年经济发展的关键技术选择研究为案例,对经济发展中的产业关键技术的选择问题进行了系统的阐述.选出的18项重庆市产业关键技术可作为进一步研究的基础,也可以作为制定未来发展战略的政策和决策依据.
The industrial key-technology (abbreviated IKT) is a technique-group which ensures a nation to accomplish its development objective. This paper constructed a selecting model with analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive judgment and used the research about IKT selection for Chongqing's economic development in the coming 10 years as an example to show the ideas and methods of IKT selection. 18 techniques altogether, involved in 11 fields, were selected as Chongqing's IKT. The analysis and selection of Chongqing's IKT can be used as policy foundation for drafting the future developing strategy.
