摘要
在对我国高新技术产业发展状况调查的基础上,运用系统论的方法,系统地分析了影响高新技术产业发展的环境.从宏观的外部环境到微观的内部环境,归纳总结了12条影响因素,并重点分析了政策环境、投资环境及创新环境对高新技术产业发展的影响,提出了相应的对策.
Based on the investigation of development status of high-new technology industry in our country, this article analyzes the inner and outer environment influencing the development of high-new technology industry by using the systematic method, summerizes 12 influencing factors from the macro-outer environment and the micro-inner one, analyzes the effect of political, investment and innovation environment on the development of high-new technology industry and provides the suitable policy.
