陆家嘴金融区的繁荣象征着上海甚至中国高速发展的成功,但其大都会之梦却历时近一个世纪。本文通过回溯历次浦东的开发计划,揭示其在整体城市结构中的重要作用以及不同时期的城市开发理念;通过分析建设中出现的种种城市问题,说明政治与经济对城市开发的巨大影响。
The prosperity and flourishing Lujiazui Financial District signifies Shanghai＇s,even China＇s success in rapid development.However,almost a century has witnessed its metropolis dream to come true.Through looking back on its previous development plans,the essay reveals their important role in the integral urban structure and the development ideals in different periods.Furthermore,the essay aims to specify the great influence the politics and economy exert on urban development through analyzing various urban problems in the construction process.
