摘要
[目的]比较杂交兰亲本及F1代可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质及叶绿素的含量。[方法]测定了杂交兰亲本及其杂交F1代的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质和叶绿素的含量。[结果]母本的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质和叶绿素的含量均低于父本;F1代株系中,三者含量与父本相近的均约占10%,与母本相近的分别约占20%、30%和20%,介于亲本范围之间的分别占50%、50%和90%,低于亲本的分别占35%、40%和10%。[结论]为通过远缘杂交选育出具有较强抗逆性的兰花新种质提供了理论依据。
[Objective] The aim was to compare contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein and chlorophyll in hybrid orchids and their hybrid F1 generation.[Method] contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein and chlorophyll in hybrid orchids and their hybrid F1 generation were determined.[Result] The contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein and chlorophyll in female parents were lower than those in male parents.Among F1 generation,plants whose soluble sugar,soluble protein and chlorophyll were close to their male parents accounted for 10%,10% and 10%,respectively;plants whose soluble sugar,soluble protein and chlorophyll were close to their female parents accounted for 20%,30% and 20%,respectively;plants whose soluble sugar,soluble protein and chlorophyll were between their parents accounted for 50%,50% and 90%,respectively;and plants whose soluble sugar,soluble protein and chlorophyll were lower than parents accounted for 35%,40% and 10%,respectively.[Conclusion] The research provides theoretical basis for breeding new orchid germplasm with stronger resistance by distant hybridization.
