摘要
[目的]初步研究甜瓜属野生种耐铝盐胁迫的能力。[方法]以甜瓜属野生种和3个不同类型的栽培种黄瓜为供试材料,研究铝盐胁迫下叶片中POD活性、SOD活性、电解质外渗透率、丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Pro)、可溶性糖含量等生理指标的变化。[结果]甜瓜属野生种的POD活性、SOD活性、脯氨酸含量和可溶性糖含量均高于3种栽培种黄瓜,电解质外渗透率和MDA含量均低于3种栽培种黄瓜,这表明甜瓜属野生种的耐铝胁迫性强于栽培种黄瓜。[结论]该研究为利用甜瓜属野生种改良栽培黄瓜种的研究奠定了基础。
[Objective]The study was to research the adaptability of Cucumis hystrix Chakr.under aluminum salt stress.[Method] Using Cucumis hystrix Chakr.and three types of cultivated cucumber as tested materials,the change of physiological indexes including POD activity,SOD activity,electrolyte leakage and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA),proline(Pro) and soluble sugar were studied.[Result] The POD activity,SOD activity,proline content and soluble sugar content of Cucumis hystrix were higher than these of cultivated cucumbers,while electrolyte leakage and MDA content were lower,and it showed that Cucumis had better adaptability under aluminum salt stress.[Conclusion] Our study could lay a foundation for the improvement of cultivated cucumber by means of Cucumis hystrix.
