摘要 [目的]研究温度和土地利用变化对土壤有机碳矿化的影响。[方法]以水田和林地土壤为研究对象,采用室内培养试验,测定土壤有机碳矿化量。[结果]水田和林地土壤有机碳矿化速率变化趋势均为前期较快,后期稳定。土壤有机碳矿化所释放的CO2-C累积量随着培养温度的升高而显著增加(P<0.05),温度升高10℃,水田和林地土壤释放的CO2-C累积量分别增加157.8%和135.8%,但林地和水田土壤CO2-C累积量的差异并不明显。[结论]温度对土壤有机碳矿化有明显的影响,而土地利用变化对有机碳矿化没有影响。 [Objective]The research aimed to study the effects of temperature and land use change on soil organic carbon mineralization.[Method] Soil samples collected from the Chinese fir plantation and paddy field were incubated aerobically at 15 ℃ and 25 ℃,and the mineralization of soil organic carbon was measured.[Result]The mineralization rates of soil organic carbon in the Chinese fir soil and paddy soil were generally the highest at the beginning of the incubation,and this was immediately followed by a steady and strong decrease after 112 days.Cumulative mineralized C significantly increased with the temperature increase(P〈0.05),and there were 157.8% and 135.8% increase in paddy soil and forest soil due to 10 ℃ increase of temperature.However,there was no significant difference of cumulative mineralized C between paddy soil and forest soil throughout the experimental period.[Conclusion]This study indicated that the temperature had a significant influence on the soil organic carbon mineralization,but the land use change didn't have remarkable influence.
