摘要
[目的]探索促进思茅松种子萌芽的方法。[方法]对思茅松种子进行了育苗基质不同药剂处理和播种后不同覆盖物选择的发芽对比试验。[结果]0.5%高锰酸钾喷洒发芽基质以及利用锯末作为播种后的覆盖物可以缩短思茅松种子的平均发芽时间,提高发芽率和发芽指数。[结论]良好的发芽环境可以产生催芽效果。该试验中的处理可以在生产上推广使用。
[Objective] The method of Pinus kesiya var seed germination was experimented.[Method] The comparative experiment in the Pinus kesiya var seed germination in the matrix treated with the chemicals and the different covers after its sowing was conducted.[Results] The treatment of 0.5% kMnO4 germinating substrate sprayed in the matrix and the sown seed covered by sawdust could reduce the average germination time and improve germination rate and germination index.[Conclusion] The good environment could promote the seed germination and the treatment technique could be promoted in the production.
