摘要
[目的]研究绵羊胚胎胃肌间神经丛的发生。[方法]运用组织学方法,对蒙古绵羊5~550 mm胚胎胃肌间神经丛的发生进行研究。[结果]32 mm胚胎,可观察到胃肌间神经丛组成细胞与周围的间充质细胞相似;164 mm胚的胃肌间神经丛神经元细胞体与32 mm胚比较,增大了近1倍,分化更明显;发育到550 mm胚时,神经元显现出特有的形态。[结论]胚胎发育至550 mm时,神经元的形态已近成熟。
[Objective] To study the histogenesis of embryonic stomach myenteric plexus on sheep.[Method]The normal method of histology was used in histogenesis study of stomach myenteric plexus on 5-550 mm embryo of Mongolian sheep.[Result]Stomach myenteric plexus cells of 32 mm embryo was quite similar with mesenchymal cells around them.164 mm embryonic stomach myenteric plexus soma was nearly 1 time larger than the 32 mm one,and its differentiation was more obviously.Characteristic shape of neuron was appeared,when the embryo grew into 550 mm [Conclusion] The embryonic stomach myenteric neuron reached to mature,when the embryo grew into 550 mm.
