摘要 [目的]建立枣粉中糖含量的测定方法。[方法]采用紫外分光光度法测定枣粉中的糖含量。[结果]在最大吸收波长285 nm处,葡萄糖溶液浓度在2.5-8.0 mg/m l范围内与吸光度值呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为y=0.006 7x+0.014 9,平均回收率为93.6%。酸枣粉、万荣滩枣、好想你牌枣粉、普通红枣、稷山板枣样品中糖含量在522.94、572.69、535.87、486.12、676.67 mg/g。[结论]该研究建立的紫外分光光度法准确、可靠,可用于枣粉中糖含量的测定。 [Objective] The research aimed to establish the determination method of sugar in Jujube power.[Method] The sugar content of Jujube powder was determined by UV spectrophotometry.[Result] The results showed that glucose liquid concertration kept good linearity relationship in the scope of 2.5-8.0 mg/ml as the maximum absorbance was at 285 nm.And the regression equation was y=0.006 7x+0.014 9,the average recovery was 93.6%.The sugar content of different jujube power,Wile jujube power,Wanrongtan jujube,Haoxiangni jujube power,normal red jujube,jishanbanzao,were 522.94,572.69,535.87,486.12,676.67 mg/g respectively.[Conclusion] The established UV spectrophotometry in this study is accuracy and reliable,can be used to determine the sugar content of jujube power.
