The Problem of Landless Peasants and the Countermeasures in Our Country Urbanization advancement

对我国当前存在的失地农民问题进行了分析,并提出了改革现有农地产权制度,构建土地价格市场形成机制,建立城乡统筹的社会保障体系,加强对失地农民的技能培养等一系列对策。

The article analyzes the problems of the landless peasants in China,and proposes a series of strategic countermeasures,such as reforming the existed farmland property right systems,constructing the formatting mechanisms of the market-price of land,establishing social security systems of the landless peasants and enhancing the skills of the landless peasants.
