In order to ensure the sustainable development of the peasants’library,and based on the existed problems and the current states of＂peasants library＂,the article offers many measures in reorganizing the resources from different channels,strengthening propaganda in allfields,amplifying the management regulations,cultivating the excellent librarians,and innovating the operational pattern and mechanism,etc.
