介绍了给水厂优化运行的必要性和影响单位制水成本的主要因素，以及通过调整这些因素，使水厂达到优化运行的方法及效果。
Abstract The essentiality to optimize the operation of waterworks and main factors which influence the specific cost of water output are described. Consequently the methods to implement operational optimization by rearrangement of above mentioned influencing factors and the effect of optimization are presented.
