摘要
从价值判断、总体布局、改造措施和后续利用四个层面介绍了2010上海世博会"后滩"地段老厂房的改造实践,探讨工业遗产保护适应都市生活变迁、带动城市更新、推动城市持续发展的可能。基于当今社会存在的遗产价值判断差异,呼吁对城市科学发展观的讨论。
With the introduction of the Industrial Heritage in＂Houtan＂Area of Expo 2010,this paper describes the reconstruction project through four points of view：value estimation,overall layout, reconstruction measures and the subsequent utilization.It discusses the possibility of rehabilitation of Industrial Hertage to meet the change of urban life,promote urban renewal and sustainable development. The author calls for a discussion of the concept of scientific development of city,based on different outlooks of industrial heritage in prisent-day society.
