城市公园使用状况评价应用案例研究——以秦皇岛汤河公园为例

Post Occupancy Evaluation with a Case of Tanghe Park in Qinhuangdao

对使用状况评价研究方法在公园的应用进行了分析,并运用该方法对秦皇岛汤河公园的使用状况进行了调查,通过观察公园使用者的行为、对使用者和管理者进行访谈以及发放调查问卷等形式了解汤河公园的使用状况,并对调查结果进行分析整理,从设计与管理角度提出改进措施,总结POE方法在客观反映使用者的需求、评价公园的使用效果、加强城市建设与设计教育之间的联系这三方面所起的积极作用。

This paper analyzes the POE method in the application of parks,and uses this method to investigate the usage status of Tanghe Park in Qinhuangdao.By observing the activities of park users, interviewing the users and administrators,and extending sampling questionnaires,the usage status of Tanghe Park was acquired.After sorting out and analyzing the data,the paper affirms the design of the park,and meanwhile,provides some improvement measures.Finally,the paper summarizes the positive effects of the POE method,including reflecting the user＇s needs objectively,evaluating the effect of design,strengthening the link between urban construction and design education.
