上海世博园区建筑废弃物资源化利用技术研究

Research on the Recycling Utilization of Construction and Demolition Waste(C&DW) of Shanghai Expo Park

上海世博绿地建设注重建筑废弃物资源化利用,施行建筑废弃物源头削减策略。通过对园区建筑废弃物进行充分调查与分析,根据调查结果采用物流平衡方法,使产生的建筑废弃物能较好地满足建设施工对建筑垃圾的需求,减少暂存和运输。最后遵循建筑废弃物的"减量化、无害化、资源化"的原则,借鉴发达国家经验,通过运用新技术、新模式对世博园区产生的建筑垃圾进行一定的加工处理,生产符合园区内基础设施建设需求的再生产品,与基建项目的土建材料需求进行匹配,确保了世博会园区内产生的建筑垃圾得到最大化的利用,有效节约了项目成本。

The paper focused on recycling utilization of construction garbage during Expo green space construction and implemented source reduction strategy. Based on sufficient investigation and analysis of CDW,according to the survey results logistics balance method was adopted,which could make generated CDW better satisfy the need of construction garbage during building operation,and then could reduce the quantity of temporary storage and transportation CDW. Finally following ＂reduction,harmlessness and recycling＂ principles and learning experience from developed countries,new technology and model were applied to process generated CDW,thus recycled products which were accorded with the demand of infrastructure construction in Expo Park were produced and matched with the need of building materials for capital project. At last it ensured maximizing use of CDW produced from Expo Park and effectively saved the project cost.
