摘要
分析了定常试验方法试验工作量大、试验点分布狭窄、精度不易保证的缺点,以正交试验法设计了四水平五因素表冷器试验,用多元线性回归得出了传热系数的经验公式。经与实测值比较,证明具有较高的精确度。
Discusses the
shortcomings of the conventional testing method, including tedious testing work, narrow scattering
of the test points and low accuracy, designs a testing procedure of cooling coils using a 4 level 5
factor orthogonal table and obtains an empirical formula of the heat transfer coefficient, which is of
high accuracy shown by a comparison with measured values.
