Firstly,the paper summarizes the distinct characteristics of the development of private hospital in China,then the paper describes the policy dilemma and the competition environment dilemma of the private hospitals based on these characteristics.Secondly,based on the public-private partnerships theory and the third-party governance theory,the paper provides the path choice of the development of private hospital.Thirdly,the paper points out the positive and negative effects of the development of private hospital.Finally,the paper gives some policy recommendations,such as changing social perception,transforming the role of government,improving the policy and optimizing competition environment,and so on.
