辽宁省县域信贷资金供给情况调查

Investigation on credit fund supply in Liaoning counties

针对县域信贷资金的使用问题,采用调查分析的方法,分析了辽宁省县域信贷资金流人流出,县域有效需求不足和金融机构投放能力弱是信贷资金流出的主要原因,提出了引导金融机构增加对农村的信贷投入、培育新的信贷增长点和构建与县域经济发展相适应的金融服务体系等建议。研究结果对有效利用县域信贷资金有参考价值。

In view of utilization problems of credit funds in counties,an investigation was made for analyzing credit funds＇ inflow and outflow in Liaoning counties.Major causes were pointed out concerning inadequate effective demand and weak performance of financial institutions.Suggestions are put forward that financial institutions should be directed in increasing the investment into country credit,developing new credit growth points,establishing financial service system which can match the development of country economy well.The findings make contributions to the effective use of credit funds in counties.
