这里说的电通讯可不是发短信、打手机啊!放电的鱼类是用电波“说话”的一类特殊动物，它们使用电器官的放电功能制造电场，它们自己可以感知周围事物，同时与同类交流。电鳗就是一种电鱼，它的放电频率、放电时间、放电间隔、电场的强度等等的不同都暗示着不同的意思。在谈情说爱的季节，雄性电鳗的放电频率明显增加，放电间隔变短，似乎在告诉异性：“我太兴奋了，来找我吧，我为你而尽情放电!”
The electric communication here isn＇t sending short messages or calling with mobile phone. The fish that can release electricity is a special kind of animal that can speak with electric wave. They use the function of releasing electricity of electric organs to make electric field. They can sense the things around them by themselves and communicate with their companions.
