摘要
低碳交通是低能耗、低污染、低排放的交通方式。居民是城市交通的主体,其出行方式决定着交通工具使用比例和使用程度,影响着城市低碳交通方式的建构。因此,在完善交通硬件建设为居民提供良好的出行条件的同时,要利用政策、教育、宣传方式大力培养居民低碳出行方式。
Low-carbon transport is energy-efficient, low in energy consumption, air pollution and exhaust emission. Citizens are the main users of urban transport, whose travel mode decides the extent of public transport utility and the composition of low-carbon transport. Transport infrastructure should be upgraded to facilitate citizens while policy and educational promotion shall be in place to encourage the use of low-carbon public transport.
