军队医院社会效益与经济效益关系研究

Study on Relations betwen Social Benefits and Economic Benefits in Military Hospital

本文运用马克思主义的哲学和政治经济学理论,结合本院经营管理实践,探讨军队医院社会效益与经济效益的关系。指出社会效益是军队医院生存的根基,而经济效益是军队医院发展的物质保障。医院的社会效益和经济效益是相辅相成、互为作用力和反作用力的;同时,两者之间又是对立统一。在处理两者关系时,必须注意处理好"当前效益与长远效益""个人利益与集体利益""军事效益和经济效益"的关系。

Combining with experiences,the article applied Marxism theories of philosophy and political economy to discuss the relationship of social and economic benefits in military hospitals.It was firstly pointed out that： social benefits were the survival foundation of military hospital,and economic benefits were the material guarantee.The social benefits and economic benefits in military hospitals should supplement each other and have mutual reactions.At the same time,they should be the unity of opposites.We must pay special attention to handle many relationships such as current benefits and long-term benefits,personal interests and the collective interests,military benefits and economic benefits.
