军队医院劳务补贴方案设计与医院经济运行有着密切的联系,是医院加强经济管理的核心,是医院提高经济效益、激励员工积极性的有效措施之一,本文从分析当前军队医院劳务补贴设计存在的问题入手,阐述医院新劳务补贴方案设计思路及成效。
The hospital's management of the bonus is the core of the hospital economic management,which is one of the effective measures to improve economic performance and employee motivation initiatively.This text began with the analysis of problems in the bonus design of the military hospital,then the design and effect of the bonus plan was put forward.
