摘要
本文剖析当前军队中小医院传染病防控工作中存在的技术力量薄弱、防控模式落后、发展动力不足等问题,并从加强人才队伍和学科建设、优化防控模式、转变发展方式等方面提出增强传染病防控能力的对策。
The article analyzed the existing problems of prevention and control of infectious diseases in small or middle military hospital,such as lack of skilled experts,insufficient development of the discipline and undesirable mode coping the emerging of infectious diseases.The author also put forward some countermeasures,such as enhancing the training of the experts,improving the construction of the discipline,optimizing the coping mode and transforming the way of development.
