上海市血液透析中心护士压力源探析

Analysis on the Nurse's Stress Source of Hemodialysis Center in Shanghai

目的了解上海市血透室护士的压力源情况及其相关因素,探索有针对性的应对措施。方法采用问卷调查法,对53家血液透析中心的血透护士的一般情况和工作压力源进行问卷调查。结果血透室护士压力程度从高到低依次为工作量及时间分配问题、护理专业及工作方面的问题、患者护理方面的问题、工作环境及资源方面的问题、管理及人际关系方面的问题,总的平均压力程度为2.58±0.51。结论上海市从事血液透析工作的护士压力程度较高,应积极研究有效的心理干预和教育措施,提高血透护士的身心健康。改善工作环境,减轻来自各方面的工作压力,保证血液透析护理工作的质量和安全。

Objective To get the status and influencing factors of nurse＇s stress source in Shanghai,and find the effective way to ease the stress.Methods A questionnaire was sent to 53 hemodialysis centers in Shanghai.It was designed to assess nurses working in hemodialysis room in terms of their general information and the work stress source.Results The main stress come from workload,nursing ability,care of patients,work environments and interpersonal relationship.The average degree of stress is 2.58±0.51.Conclusions The nurses working in hemodialysis room in Shanghai are under a lot of stress.The nursing manager should pay attention to them and give them proper psychological intervention and education about how to ease stress.At the same time,make efforts to improve the work environments ensuring the quality and safety of nursing.
