摘要
军队中小医院20世纪90年代以后人才建设工作普遍滞后,目前知名领军专家逐步退隐,主力继承力量尚不强大,人才队伍格局总体失衡。分析原因主要是受内外环境的强烈冲击,以及自身培养措施不力,外部引用条件制约和个人努力程度不够等因素影响。应树立四种观念,注重四个结合切实搞好人才队伍建设。
Since the 1990s,the personnel development in military small and medium hospitals has been backward universally.At present,many well-known experts have been retired gradually,the capability of main successors is not prominent,and the structure of contingent of high-caliber people is overall unbalanced.The main reason is the impact of inside and outside environment and our incomplete measures of personnel training.What's more,the condition of attracting high-quality personnel from the external is restricted and the level of individual's efforts is insufficient.We should set up four ideas,pay much attention to four unions to do well the high-quality personnel development.
