摘要
本文结合本单位多年来完成海军潜水训练保障任务的经验,探讨分析了潜水军医生涯发展中存在的倦怠现象并提出相应的对策。
Based on the experiences of medical supervision for diving training,the author analyzed the problems of diving medical offers＇ job burnout,and proposed some countermeasures.
