Comprehensive Medical Quality Evaluation of a Hospital in Nearly 5 Years

目的运用综合指数法评价某医院的医疗质量。方法运用综合指数法对2005—2009年连续5年的主要医疗数据、效率、质量及管理指标进行量化评分法,对各年的指标进行指数化,采用综合指数法计算各季度综合指数值,并对其进行比较。结果该院2005—2009年医疗综合指数总体呈上升趋势,除了2007年综合指数略高于2008年以外,其中2009年完成得最好。结论综合指数法可用于评价医院的医疗质量。

Objective To evaluate medical quality of the hospital with comprehensive index analysis.Methods Set index to major medical data of the hospital in 5 consecutive years from 2005 to 2009,such as the efficiency,quality and management.Then calculate the comprehensive index value of each year with comprehensive index analysis and compare the value.Results The results showed that the comprehensive value was increasing in general,except that the value of 2007 was higher than that of 2008.The value of 2009 was the highest.Conclusion The comprehensive index analysis is adopted to evaluate medical quality.
