摘要
目的探索远程医疗在社区老年人皮肤病医疗咨询服务中的作用。方法由受过培训的社区医师下社区采集行动不便或老年人皮肤病患者的病史和皮损照片,通过网络将资料上传到会诊中心,中心的专家分析病情后提出诊疗意见并回传给社区医师,患者接受诊疗后反馈疗效并对诊疗模式进行评价。结果患者对疗效的满意率高达94.4%,对诊疗模式的满意率也达到了76%。结论远程医疗在社区老年人皮肤病医疗咨询服务中作用肯定,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the functions of the telemedicine in the dermatosis counseling service of old people in the community.Methods The trained doctor collected the medical history and photo of lesions and transmit to the medical centre with internet.The doctor of medical centre provides the suggestion to manage the disease,and the patient feedback the result.Results The satisfaction rate of the service effectiveness is 94.4%,and the satisfaction rate of this service mode is 76%.Conclusions The telemedicine is very effective in the dermatosis counseling of old people in the community and is worth to be popularized.
