摘要
本文从医院引进社会资源的实践出发,对聘用人员的引进、培养、保留实践进行小结、对聘用人员人力资源管理进行思考。
From the angel of absorbing social resources for the hospital,the author analyzed the employment,training,and retention practices of the employed staff,and then summarized the reflects on human resources management.
