总结空勤科护理管理工作特点,通过强化安全管理、规范工作程序,提高护理人员专业素质水平、创建了以健康教育与心理护理为主导的航空护理特色等,确保住院飞行人员身体健康及飞行安全,提高航空保障能力。
The aim is to sum up the characteristics of nursing management of aircrew department of our hospital.The measures can ensure hospitalized aircrews healthy and flight safe that strengthening safety administration,perfecting the clinical nursing procedure,improving service abilities,establishing the aviation nursing that takes health education and psychological nursing as leading factor.
