摘要
本文在介绍了利用USB4751DI/O模块和PCLD-785B继电器板构建多路信号转接器基础上,描述了开发24路电源负载调整率的自动测量系统组成框图,并针对继电器板接线示意图进行了工作原理说明,结合实际测量设计了在LabVIEW中如何实现自动控制的程序。该信号转接器已应用于实际测量工作中,克服手动测量、人工接线、手工记录数据、人工处理数据的方法存在着工作效率低、测量准确度不高、易出现误操作、错判、损坏被测对象等问题,经运行证明,性能稳定可靠并取得良好的效果。
This paper introduced how to construct the multiplex signal commutator with USB4751 DI/O module and PCLD-785B relay panel. It described the design of the power supply load adjustment automatic testing system and the frame in detail. The paper explained work principle of the relay panel connection sketch map. It designed a program to control the testing process in LabVIEW. The signal commutator had been successfully used in practical testing works, it avoided problems such as low efficiency, low measurement precision, operation error, wrong connection and so on bringed by manual testing. The result showed that the commutator was satisfied and had practical values.
