摘要
企业培训在改善员工行为绩效、提高组织生产率、降低员工流失率及保持可持续发展能力等方面发挥着不可或缺的作用。其主要影响因素既有企业培训自身(如培训内容、方法等)的,也有个体层面的,更有企业组织层面的;其作用机制主要有两种,即基于个体层面的作用机制和基于组织层面的作用机制。完善高效的培训机制可以提高企业绩效,但培训效果有赖于科学评估。
Enterprise training is of great significance in improving performance of enterprise employees,improving enterprise organization and production efficiency,reducing employee turn-over rate and maintaining the capacity for sustainable development.Influencing factors of that come from not only the training itself,such the content of training and the method of that,but also from the level of individual and enterprise organization.There are two different kinds of intrinsic mechanism in terms of the level of individual and organization,respectively.Improving the effective training mechanism can help improve enterprise performance;while the effect of training will depend on the scientific evaluation.
