Cooperative is an important survivorship condition of strategic alliance between banks and enterprises.Its symbiosis evolution is a means to heighten their cooperative level.But the precondition for the sustainable development of strategic alliance between banks and enterprises is symbiosis evolution which is promoted by the symbiosis mechanism in this alliance.The pre-stage,embryonic stage,integrated stage and merging stage is the normal path of the evolution of the strategic alliance between banks and enterprises.But this evolution will also depend on such driving mechanism as information sharing,trust cultivation and benefit sharing in the alliance.
