Chinese local governments＇ investment and financing platform not only helped raise the fund for municipal infrastructure and public affairs,but also gained experience in the area.However,it also attracts a lot of public attention and discussion as it might lead to fiscal risk and financial risk for the local governments.The author discusses in-depth the problems encountered during the development and operations of the local governments＇ investment and financing platform,identifies the risks,and puts forward some suggestions for risk control from the perspectives of applying the scientific outlook on development,promoting fiscal and financial stability and security,and achieving sustainable development both economically and socially.
